By using the Rek app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
Rek is a sports league management app that allows users to create and manage leagues, teams, schedules, and communications for various sports activities.
League owners and team managers are responsible for maintaining appropriate standards of conduct, managing payments, and ensuring fair play within their leagues and teams.
Subscription fees (for owners) are billed monthly or annually based on your selected billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. All subscription fees are non-refundable. League registration fees and other payments are processed according to the terms set by individual league owners.
Users may not engage in harassment, discrimination, fraud, or any illegal activities. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time.
The Rek app, its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create and post through the service. By using the service, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
The service is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except as required by law or to resolve disputes. Some information may be retained in anonymized form for analytics purposes.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
